Our Process
With any goal that’s created, steps have to be taken in order to successfully reach an end point. At Next Line Cabinets & Millwork, Inc., we believe a satisfied customer is that end point. That’s what drives our team to go through an intensive process in order to transform your ideas into a tangible product. Our products are built start to finish in-house, guaranteeing the highest quality available. We’ve mastered the process, and invite you to tag along for the ride.

Design
Our team of designers are professionals in guiding you as we transform your vision into a realistic plan. We collaborate and add additional expertise with your own ideas to create the project plan.

Production
During production, only the highest quality of materials is ordered. The project goes though a series of precise steps, including both specialized machinery and hand cut detailing, before it’s ready for finishing.

Installation
Each product is carefully packaged and then delivered for installation. Our experienced craftsmen installers carefully unload and install your cabinets into the specified area while being particularly attentive to every detail.

Customer Experience
How do you work with clients from start to finish?
Our design specialists/project managers work with clients from start to finish. They design the cabinetry, provide them with 3D renderings, and they revise the drawings until the customer is fully satisfied with the design. Once the design goes into production, our project managers work on scheduling the delivery and installation, and are there managing the installation until the very last handle is installed.
Can you describe your process for custom projects?
We do our best to finalize every detail before the project hits the production floor. Once the custom project is designed and finalized, it moves along into our cutlist engineering department. Our cutlist engineers review all appliance specifications to ensure everything will work properly, and break down every detail of the construction process to make sure our shop knows exactly what they need to build and how to build it.
What do you do to ensure customer satisfaction?
Our drawings and renderings are very detailed and clear. Customers get to see realistic 3D renderings of what their project is going to look like. This helps ensure they understand what they are ordering and helps with long term customer satisfaction.
